I ship products
from idea to launch.
Technical project manager with a decade of full product-lifecycle ownership across pharma, e-commerce, climate tech, fintech, and mobile games. I lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and turn roadmaps into production-ready software.
The short version
I've spent ten years as a co-founder and technical project manager. I managed cross-functional teams spanning developers, QAs, business analysts, and designers, owning roadmaps from requirements through deployment. My background spans agile delivery for enterprise web applications as well as producing and shipping mobile games at my game studio, Audacious Machine.
Adaptability is my greatest strength. I'm client-facing on requirements, scope, and delivery, and team-facing on turning that into something that can be built quickly and properly. I stay hands-on and technically fluent but my real job is keeping everyone aimed at the same launch date. I started in engineering and moved into product because I love owning the whole arc from the first messy requirement to the living, breathing product.
Where I worked
Technical Project Manager, Director & Co-Founder
What began as a project inside Softmetrix grew into its own company. In 2023 I co-founded Carbonmetrix and moved the team building the carbon accounting platform over with it. I lead delivery for the platform, coordinating a cross-functional team in the US and Serbia.
- Lead project management for a carbon accounting web application from requirements through deployment
- Design, prototype, and iterate the application's UI/UX in Figma
- Manage cross-functional teams of developers, QA, business analysts, and designers using agile/scrum methodologies
- Own the product roadmap end to end, keeping development aligned with client needs
- Run sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives to hold a steady delivery velocity
- Led delivery of the platform for a major enterprise client through five years of continuous development
Technical Project Manager, Director & Co-Founder
I delivered bespoke software for Fortune 500 companies across utilities, logistics, mobility, pharmaceutical, fintech, and e-commerce including internal enterprise platforms and client-facing products.
- Delivered both internal enterprise platforms and client-facing products for Fortune 500 clients
- Built Ansigo, an e-commerce platform (Amazon/Shopify-style), originally begun as a client engagement and continued as a standalone product
- Delivered a pharmaceutical portfolio-management platform and a mobile payments application, among other commissioned solutions
- Built and structured development teams from scratch, implemented Scrum, and owned delivery timelines end to end
- Sustained engagements of one to five-plus years with enterprise clients
Founder, CEO & Game Design Lead
My own indie mobile game studio where I learned to be a creator, not just a manager. I ran it like any product team, but I was also the artist, the gameplay designer, and the publisher. Under my leadership, we completed five games and shipped three. The studio went dormant in 2020; I'm reviving it now, refreshing the catalog and restarting the game we put on hold.
- Founded and ran the studio, owning the full product lifecycle: design, art direction, development coordination, publishing, and live ops
- Published three F2P titles for iOS and Android: Randy the Flappy Fish (2016), Monkey Chute (2016), and KreKeTan (2020)
- Completed a fourth game, Hipsters vs. Aliens (2017), and developed concepts for a fifth, Jetpack Walrus (expected 2026)
- Created all art, animation, and UI using Aseprite, GIMP, PyxelEdit, and Adobe CC
- Coordinated with the lead programmer, translating creative vision into technical scope
Product Specialist
I joined right before the Model S launch, a historic moment for the company and the industry, and a formative one for me. Guiding people through a complex, high-stakes purchase taught me fundamentals I've leaned on ever since. I learned how to communicate clearly, how to take real care of a customer, and how to sell. More than anything, I built the confidence to present myself well in front of people. That foundation shaped a lot of what came after.
- Personally responsible for 100+ Model S and Model X orders, from first consultation through delivery
- Delivered product demonstrations and technical consultations in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment

CUBLOIDS · BUILT WITH
CLAUDE CODE + FIGMA
A generative collection of robot characters under the Audacious Machine umbrella, built to extend into physical merchandise. I designed the characters and their assets by hand in 2022 using GIMP, and animated the backgrounds and eyes in PyxelEdit.
For a while the project stalled there. I'm not a developer, and the build was beyond me. AI changed that. Using Claude and Claude Code, I built the generator, wired it to an interface I designed in Figma, and built the minter. I'm now adding a merchandise configurator to the Cubloids site. Along the way I've learned to use these tools to close the gap between what I can imagine and what I can ship.

things I'm into
The stuff that keeps me curious and balanced outside of shipping software.
Kombucha brewing
I brew my own batches and built a full brand around it: Faerveldir Brewing Co. I also designed the name, logo, and label across the whole flavor lineup. It's the kind of project where the product management, design, and obsessive flavor-tweaking all collide.
Tennis
I grew up playing competitively and went on to play in college. Tennis taught me how to compete, how to lose, and how to keep my head when everything's on the line, lessons that turned out to matter as much off the court as on it. I don't compete anymore, but I still get on the court whenever I can. Some habits don't fade.
Piano
I'm a classically trained pianist. I studied at conservatory for ten years, and it's stayed with me. These days I play to think and to unplug. My favorite days are when I sit and improvise new music for my games.
Fitness & calisthenics
Mostly bodyweight training and swimming. I came up through serious athletic training, so I like keeping it structured and consistent, even when it's just for me now. Wim Hof exercises and cold plunges are great too.
